The Journey to Meenmutty Waterfalls: A Trek Through the Wilderness

A trek to Meenmutty Falls is not for the faint of heart but provides an enchanting experience for trekkers and nature lovers alike. The trek begins at the foot of the waterfall, where visitors are welcomed by a path through the thick forests of Wayanad. The route is very challenging and requires a fair amount of fitness as there are steep slopes, rocks and narrow paths along the way.
The one-way trek is about 2 to 3 km and takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the falls depending on speed and weather conditions
As you walk through the forest, you are surrounded by dense canopies, palm trees and the occasional wildlife sighting. The sounds of chirping birds, rustling leaves and distant animal calls immerse you in nature.
